An order from our brands needs 15 working days to be delivered to the customer and the delivery charge is 5$ all over Lebanon.

For Beyond bags and du STYLE HOME 

(bags, accessories and home decor brands) 

1 – NO REFUND – NO EXCHANGE for any item ordered from the 2 brands  & NO CANCELLATION on any purchase, we pre-order them from outside Lebanon on request ( our team is available to provide the customer via WhatsApp a real picture of the item before ordering it )

2- Customer can contact us via Whatsapp for more information at +96181403254 (this is beyond bags number)

For du STYLE Clothing brand

1- Exchange with another size only (one time only) but once the driver delivers the order to the customer, the customer cannot RETURN the order back to the driver if the item doesn’t fit or he didn’t like it, he should text us via WhatsApp (+96171375345) to proceed and set another order called ORDER EXCHANGE that needs 15 working days to be delivered and DELIVERY CHARGE IS PAID AGAIN BY THE CLIENT.

2- BUT SWIMSUITS AND BODYSUITS  cannot be exchanged or returned to our warehouse.

3- Also NO CANCELATION ON ANY PURCHASE since we pre order from outside Lebanon on request.

4- On sale no exchange, no refund, and delivery 5 to 6 days in Lebanon
